Upon arrival at Beji Healing Waterfall, a peaceful place surrounded by open natural scenery, you will experience a tranquil atmosphere with the gentle sound of flowing river water. Before that, you will be warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink, setting the mood for a calm experience. We will begin with an introduction session to create a safe and supportive environment for your healing journey.

Next, you will be guided through pranayama breathing exercises designed to focus the mind and prepare your body for deep healing. Following that, there will be a powerful energy cleansing session, where you will release emotional trauma, pain, and energy blockages that no longer serve you.

This experience concludes with a Sound & Healing Mantra session, where soothing sound vibrations help boost your energy levels and bring clarity and focus to your mind. Through a combination of sound healing, meditation, and prana healing, you will feel your vibrations elevate, restoring balance and harmony within yourself.

This holistic approach is tailored to address various needs, including self-healing, depression, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, and emotional flexibility. At the end of the session, you will feel refreshed, with a sense of calm and inner peace, ready to embrace life with renewed energy and clarity.   • Arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in
  • Inform the host of any specific health concerns or conditions beforehand
  • Bring a personal yoga mat if preferred, though it is not mandatory
  • Please choose the hotel transfer option if you need to pick up & drop off to/from your hotel

Cancellation Policy

  • To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the start time of the experience.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience will not be accepted.
  • The activates starts at 9 AM to 5 PM am but pick up time will be 8 AM to 1 PM
  • This experience requires good weather. If cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.

Itinerary

1. Warm Welcome with Hot Beverages

-Warm greeting to the participants
-Serving hot drinks such as herbal tea, ginger tea, or ginger drink to welcome attendees and create a comfortable atmosphere

2. Introduction to Yoga and Meditation

– Brief explanation about the history and benefits of yoga and meditation
– Goals of today’s session
– Equipment needed and guidelines during the activities

3. Practicing Basic Yoga

– Light warm-up exercises
– Basic yoga poses including Tadasana (Mountain Pose), Downward Dog, Child’s Pose, and Cat-Cow
– Focus on breathing and body awareness

4. Practicing Meditation

– Simple meditation guidance, such as breathing meditation or mindfulness meditation
– Participants are encouraged to sit comfortably and focus on their breath or bodily sensations
– Duration around 30 minutes

5. Closing & Reflection

– Short sharing session from participants
– Thank you and closing remarks
